Long time lurker here. I very much enjoy your blog and often share bits and pieces if it with my oldest son. I'm very sorry for your loss. Your dad seems like he was a stand up guy, with very sound advice. The bit about having a hobby you can have in a retirement home made me chuckle. Take care.
